Cancel your subscription

Cancelling stops the subscription renewing. You keep Studio until the end of the period you have already paid for, nothing you have made is deleted or locked, and every project, slide and template stays exactly where it is on the free plan afterwards.

This opens your billing settings, where one click confirms the cancellation. You will receive an email confirming it in text form.

A cancellation sent in writing is equally effective and takes effect when it reaches us. No particular wording is needed: your name, the address on the account and a sentence saying you are cancelling is enough.

• To be providedthe full name the business is operated under (for a Kleingewerbe, the owner's first and last name)
• To be provideda summonable postal address: street and number, postal code, city, country
• To be providedan email address that is read and answered

If your subscription started less than fourteen days ago you may have a statutory right of withdrawal rather than needing to cancel, which is a stronger right and is set out in the withdrawal instruction.
