01Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded, which is the day your subscription started.
To exercise this right you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your notice before the fourteen day period has expired.

03Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we were informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not be charged any fee for that reimbursement.
If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to the point you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full contract.
04Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. You are not obliged to use it.

05Cancelling later
