Editor overview

The docks, the panels and what each one changes about the open document.

The editor is a canvas with three docks around it. Panels can be moved between docks and resized, and the layout is remembered per browser.

The panels

Slides
The deck, as thumbnails. The master is in here too.
Insert
The palette of elements and compositions Framulus can draw.
Layers
The tree of the open slide, with hiding, locking and reordering.
Assets
The project's images, including Motion Images.
Library
Reusable components, templates and the document's variables.
Inspector
Every property of the selection, or of the slide.
Design
The document's tokens: colours, type roles, spacing, grid.
Effects
The effect stack on the selection, or on the slide.
Code
The slide's markup and its stylesheet, both editable.
Console
A typed command line, and the log of what an agent did.
Agent
Whether an AI is attached to this document, and what it changed.

The slide rail

Slides run along one edge as thumbnails. Select several to duplicate or delete them together. The master, which repeats on every slide, is selected from the same rail.

On a phone

Below a tablet width the editor switches to a single-pane layout with its own export sheet. The sheet drops the typed custom export scale and keeps 1x, 2x and 3x.
