Masters

The master holds what is on every slide: a page number, a header, a footer, a rule, a logo. It is drawn beneath each slide's own elements, non-interactively, and it appears in thumbnails, the preview, the print view and every export.

Editing it

Select the master in the slide rail. Every ordinary action then works on it: drag, style, group, the Code panel, the Console, undo. It is addressed as a slide, so nothing has a special case for it.

The master has no background

The master is drawn on each slide's own background. To change what is behind it, select a slide.
